§ Mr. Cartwrightasked the Secretary of State for Energy what steps he is now taking to review Government policy on fuel poverty; how he intends to involve specialist voluntary bodies in the review; and when he expects the results to be announced.
§ Mr. BennThe Government are keeping present arrangements for assistance with problems of fuel poverty under review. The advice of the nationalised energy industries' consumer councils and other bodies active in this field is always welcome. The House will be informed of any new measures which may be proposed by the Government.
