How much in the way of general financial support other than for postal expenses and how much for posting election addresses will be given to each candidate for the European Assembly; how the candidates will qualify for financial support, and whether any support will be given to independent candidates for general expenses and/or postal expenses.
§ Lord BOSTON of FAVERSHAMAs at Parliamentary Elections, each candidate in the forthcoming European Assembly elections will be entitled to send free of any postal charge one communication to each elector. The only other financial support at present available to European Assembly candidates is that provided for information purposes by the European Assembly itself to the political Parties represented in the present Assembly.
