§ Mr. Concannon:The Dunmurry industrial estate includes the De Lorean Motor Company's factory site. The Government do not normally disclose details of individual offers of selective assistance to firms in Northern Ireland. Meaningful comparison between present and past arrangements for assistance would, in any case, be difficult because of the numerous changes in rates and terms of assistance 89W which have occurred since companies first established themselves on the Dunmurry industrial estate in 1960.
