§ Mr. OakesThere are no education regulations that offer such encouragement. 81W I am aware that the Department of Health and Social Security has instructed its local offices to look with particular care at the eligibility for supplementary benefit of young people attending part-time examination courses, but conditions for benefit are a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services.
