§ Mr. ArmstrongI am currently reviewing rent legislation generally. I have taken note of the proposals now contained in the draft Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978. These proposals are, however, directed to the problems of privately rented housing in Northern Ireland where the existing legislation and circumstances are in many respects different from those in England.
