§ Mr. HoramWe have received representations only from the hon. Member urging the early construction of bypasses for Tarporley and Eaton. My right hon. Friend hopes to publish proposals under the Highways Acts for the westerly bypass of the A51 through Tarporley in early 1979, aiming to start construction in the period 1981–83. At the present time there is no proposal for a bypass of Eaton, but we are looking into other ways of providing relief.
