§ Dr. MabonAt my request, the Health and Safety Executive has carried out a hazard evaluation of the proposed natural gas liquids pipelines from St. Fergus, and I am sending copies of this report to all local authorities and Members concerned. In view of the amount of public interest in these matters, I have thought it only right that the report should not be restricted in its circulation, and it is being made available to all who want it at the Health and Safety Executive office in Edinburgh with effect from 2nd August. I shall be writing to all the known objectors to these proposals, drawing their attention to the availability of the report.
