§ Mr. BennMy Department's forecasts of energy supply and demand take account of expected changes in the costs of supplying different forms of energy. I intend to publish as much detail as possible of these cost assumptions in the updating of the energy policy Green Paper which is to be presented to the Energy Commission early next year.
