asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will ask the Chairman of the Commission for Racial Equality if he will publicise in the pages of "New Equals", the Commission's bi-monthly magazine, the financial assistance available under Section 29 of the 1971 Immigration Act to facilitate the voluntary repatriation of immigrants.
