§ Mr. Trotterasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, further to his reply of 15th July to the hon. Member for Newham, North-West (Mr. Lewis), he will give an estimate of the gross tax worth of the untaxed benefits received by a Minister with a house supplied, with all upkeep payments paid, and a tax-free car allowance, on the assumption that he is a married man with two dependent children under 11 years of age.
