§ Mr. Merlyn ReesNo persons serving sentences in England and Wales for acts of acknowledged terrorism not connected with the IRA have been transferred to 397W prisons in Northern Ireland. One prisoner believed at the time to have links with organisations not connected with the IRA but concerned in the Northern Ireland troubles was transferred there in 1975.
