asked the Prime Minister whether he will take action to ensure that no civil servant, political ad-adviser, Press officer or other person working at No. 10 Downing Street or any other ministerial office is permitted to write or make Press or radio statements concerning his employment or matters pertaining thereto within a period of 20 years of leaving office.
