§ Mr. McCuskerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish the latest available figures of overtime worked by members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary.
§ Mr. DunnI am informed by the Police Authority that, during the period March to December 1976, the total amount of overtime worked by RUC officers in the ranks of constable to chief inspector, including duties on rest days and public holidays, was equivalent to an average of 80 hours per month for each member.
§ Mr. McCuskerasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will list the specialist training courses which have been undertaken by members of the Royal Ulster Constabulary since it was reorganised.
§ Mr. DunnI understand from the Chief Constable that RUC officers have attended courses in the following subjects since the reorganisation in 1970:—
