§ Mr. OrmeFrom April 1977 a widow who has at least one child will have two order books, one for her widowed mother's allowance and one for child benefit. At present a widow with two or more children has two order books, one for her widowed mother's allowance and one for family allowances; but a widow with only one child, who does not receive family allowances, has only one book.
