§ Mr. Concannon£22,745 has been paid to date to the Newry and Mourne District Council under the arrangements explained in Written Answers given on 18th June and 13th December last.—[Vol. 913, c. 291; Vol, 922, c. 557.] I announced on 19th January the allocation of £1 million from EEC European Regional Development Funds to reduce the capital debt of gas undertakings. I shall inform the House in due course how this money is distributed.
