§ Mr. RowlandsThe situation in South Africa, serious as it is, is not comparable to that in Rhodesia. Economic sanctions would have grave consequences for ordinary people here and throughout Southern Africa. We want to use our links with the Republic to promote peaceful change while there is still time.
