To list for each year since accession all non-governmental organisations which have received grants or loans from the EEC; and to the amount of grant or loan expressed in pounds sterling in each case.
§ Lord JACQUESI regret that all the information required to answer the question is not available because not all payments are channelled through Government Departments; moreover, in so far as detailed information is available, for example of payments from the headings of the Community Budget relating to the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund or the Social Fund, it would require a disproportionate expenditure of time and resources to provide it.
