§ Dr. GilbertThe occupants of most Service married quarters pay the retail prices applicable in their locality, and it is a regrettable but inescapable fact that the costs of all forms of domestic heating, and of electricity in particular, have increased substantially in recent years. If the hon. Member knows of any cases of individual hardship and will write to me about them I will have them investigated.
