§ 42. Sir Anthony Royleasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will take immediate steps to refund the additional tax incurred since June 1970 by Mr. and Mrs. E. M. R. Lewis of 26 Sydney Road, Richmond, in view of the decision by the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration that there has been maladministration by the Inland Revenue, that it has caused the complainants to suffer injustice and that the injustice has not been remedied.
