§ Mr. Bradfordasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when the Belfast City Council will assume responsibility for community centres presently under the control of the Northern Ireland Housing Executive in the city of Belfast.
§ Mr. ConcannonThe transfer to district councils of community centres owned by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive is currently under consideration and I hope that general guidelines, which will include financial arrangements, will be settled shortly.
