§ Dr. OwenIn their current review of waiting list management, health authorities have been asked to consider among other things ways of balancing out-patient work between consultants. The arrangements within any district or between adjoining districts are matters for the district management teams and the area health authority concerned, with advice from their respective medical committees. If my hon. Friend has in mind a particular local problem I should be glad to have details.
