§ Mr. MarksA modification to the Department's published route was suggested by an objector, publicised and then fully discussed at the public inquiry held in June 1972. The Secretary of State accepted the inspector's recommendation that the modification should be incorporated in the route. I will send my hon. Friend a copy of the inspector's report, which details the reasons for the change, together with a copy of the decision letter.
