§ Mr. Lawrenceasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what plans he now has for implementing the proposals in the Green Paper published on 28th January 1975 setting out a revision of the Highway Code.
§ Dr. GilbertComments have been received from a large number of representative organisations and individuals and have been carefully considered. I shall as a result be proposing a number of revisions to the Green Paper version. 215W I will be seeking the approval of both Houses of Parliament for the new edition.
