§ Mr. William RossAn additional 69 List D school places, including 28 secure places, will be provided within the next few months. A further 18 secure places are planned, and it is intended to replace the residential and administrative accommodation which in February 1975 was destroyed by fire at Thornly Park School, Paisley. Responsibility for providing new residential establishments for purposes of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 rests with the local authorities.
