§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that, on 30th June 1976, 264 men and 37 women were receiving training under the Training Opportunities Scheme at skillcentres and colleges of further education in the city of Leicester. Figures for the previous five years are available for skillcentre trainees only, and are as follows:
