§ Mr. Terry Walkerasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will take further steps to ensure that the creditors of Court Line Limited are kept fully informed of 630W the financial position consequent upon liquidation, in view of the fact that the six-monthly audited accounts are not yet available for inspection; if he will make a statement on the reasons for the delay: and when he hopes these accounts will be available.
§ Mr. Clinton DavisThe Court Line Limited liquidation is a substantial and complex one, and queries arising on the audit of the joint liquidator's accounts have given rise to delay. The work is, however, nearing completion and I hope that copies of the earliest audited account will be available for inspection very shortly, and of the subsequent accounts by the end of August 1976.
