§ Mr. Alexander W. LyonUp to 30th September 1975 there were 1,757 applications to benefit under the decision announced by my right hon. Friend on 11th April 1974. Of these, 1,107 have been granted, 307 applicants have been found ineligible to benefit, and the remainder are still being considered.
