§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects work to commence on erecting the noise barrier on the elevated section of the M6 motorway at Great Barr and Perry Beeches, Birmingham.
§ Mr. CarmichaelThere has been some delay in delivery of steel uprights for the viaduct sections of the barrier. Delivery is expected next week, and the work of erection will start as soon as they are received.
