§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what representations his Department has had from Gwynedd county council relative to application of a bilingual policy relative to vehicle licensing offices in Wales; and what reply he has sent.
§ Mr. CarmichaelRepresentations in letters dated 29th April, 10th July, 28th July, 16th September, 7th October and 20th October. Replies have been sent to the first four of these letters. The last two are still under consideration. I shall inform the hon. Gentleman of the content of the replies to them in due course. I understand that the hon. Gentleman has received copies of the correspondence to date.
