§ 35. Mr. Kelleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment why it took him from 10th July 1975 to 5th November to announce his rejection of the findings of his inspector, S. G. Walters, into the two appeals by Earthstrip Ltd. against planning decisions of the South Yorkshire County Council.
§ Mr. OakesThe evidence produced at the inquiry into the appeals by Earthstrip Ltd. required very careful consideration before a decision was taken to differ from the inspector's recommendation. I am satisfied that no unnecessary delay occurred.
