HC Deb 09 December 1975 vol 902 cc102-3W
Mr. Ashley

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) in the latest year for which figures are available how many drivers were found guilty of dangerous driving after being involved in an accident where a person was killed; and in how many of these cases the driver was also found guilty of causing the death of the person killed;

(2) if he will summarise the sentences given to those found guilty of dangerous driving after being involved in an accident when a person was involved, giving separate figures for those found guilty of both dangerous driving and causing the death of the person killed.
