§ Mr. Kimballasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he is aware of the job creation programme submitted to the Manpower Services Commission by the Humberside County Council dealing with welfare cadets, a transport survey team and a tree-felling programme to deal with Dutch elm disease; and if, in order to create job opportunities for unemployed school leavers, he will ask the Manpower Services Commission to look favourably at these three schemes.
