§ Mr. William RossThe Herring Industry Board has submitted its views on the management of the North Sea and the West Coast herring quotas. The arrangements for the North Sea took account as far as possible of the board's views, and its views on the West Coast, together with those of the industry, will be discussed at a meeting to be arranged shortly.
