§ Mr. Wyn Robertsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will introduce amending legislation to enable those who obtained house improvement grant approvals before 30th September 1973 at the 75 per cent. rate and completed the necessary works after 23rd June 1974 to be paid in full.
§ Mr. FreesonLegislation having this precise effect was enacted as Section 117 of the Housing Act 1974 and has been in operation since 20th August.
