HC Deb 20 November 1974 vol 881 cc451-6W
Mr. Christopher Price

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek to obtain information as to how many dwellings were acquired for continued housing occupation under general authority as described in DOE Circular 70/74 by each London borough in the June and September quarters 1974, taken together; what were the total cost of acquisition and the total cost of works; and what was the breakdown of numbers and costs for each borough between the categories (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) (i) and (e) (ii) as described in that circular and form P.11.

Mr. Kaufman

In response to the request in the circular for quarterly returns the information tabulated below has been received from London housing authorities. Some boroughs have not so far made returns, while returns have been received from others only for the earlier quarter.
