§ Mr. Thorneasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will permit a working party of governors, teachers and representatives of the educa-Waltonledale and Lostock Hall areas, to proceed to draw up plans for submission through the usual channels in respect of Waltonledale County Secondary School and Lostock Hall County Secondary School.
§ Mr. ArmstrongIt is for the Lancashire local education authority to decide the means by which plans for reorganisation in particular areas are to be formulated.
