§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to give effect to the increased penalties for breaches of the Regulation 90(2) of the Motor Vehicle (Construction and Use) Regulations 1973.
§ Mr. MulleyProvision for increasing the penalty for contravention of this regulation is made in Schedule 5 of the Road Traffic Act 1974, which it is intended to bring into force on 1st January 1975.
