HC Deb 24 May 1974 vol 874 c347W
Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to place all water undertakings in Wales under the control of the Welsh National Water Development Authority.

Mr. Rowlands

The reorganisation of water services in England and Wales is based on the principle of management of river basins as a whole. Accordingly, the Welsh National Water Development Authority manages all the river basins
