§ Mr. John SilkinPolicy on owner-occupation in new towns is under review. In the meantime, English new town development corporations and the Commission for the New Towns have been asked not to sell any more rented dwellings to sitting tenants except where they are under a legal obligation to do so or where they have obtained my approval.
