§ Mr. Denis HowellThe South West Water Authority, which assumes responsibility on 1st April, is reviewing urgently possible ways of meeting the water supply needs of Cornwall and Plymouth. Until the authority's conclusions are known, I am holding my hand on a public inquiry into the present proposals.
