§ Mr. Millsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the Sandford Report will be published; and whether the Government will make known its 131W views and any proposed action as soon as possible in view of the difficulties in the South-West of England over national parks.
§ Mr. Denis HowellThe report is being printed, and I hope it will be published very shortly. After publication, the Government will need to allow time for comment on the report before deciding what action they should take on its recommendations.
