§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will invite the inspector hearing evidence at the resumed inquiry into the line of the M25 at Byfleet to consider proposals based on a 50 mph standard for this section of the motorway.
§ Mr. CarmichaelIf it is found to be necessary to reopen this inquiry, the inspector will, in accordance with the accepted procedure, be empowered to hear any evidence which he considers relevant.
