§ Mr. Miscampbellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether he will review Section 2 of the 223W Public Order Act 1936 as a basis for considering whether to introduce legislation to make it an offence not only to organise, train or equip members of any association of persons for the purpose of enabling them to be employed for the use or display of physical force but also to consent to undergo such training.
