§ Mr. Kinnockasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what new commitments his Department has undertaken 378W to provide financial assistance for private companies or workers' co-operatives in Northern Ireland since March 1974; and, in each case, what was the sum involved, what future assistance has been promised, which concerns were involved and what methods of payment have been or are to be adopted.
