§ Mrs. CastleMy right hon, and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I hope to be able to issue shortly general guidance to health authorities 411W on the rôle and development of community hospitals. This guidance, which will also be available to the public, will be taken into account by the health authorities in planning the long-term pattern of hospital services.
