§ Mr. Normantonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what proposals she has approved for the construction of adult training centres for mentally handicapped persons in the Stockport area.
§ Dr. OwenIt is my intention to include the scheme for an adult training centre at Hazel Grove in the programme of loan consents, for which approval will be given as soon after 1st April 1975 as resources permit.
