asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he proposes to publish the Bank of England report on Sterling Certificates of Deposit.

The Working Party on London Sterling Inter-bank and Certificates of Deposit Markets was set up by the Governor of the Bank of England and the Chairman of the Committee of London Clearing Banks: publication of its report is therefore a matter for them.
