§ Mr. Costainasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, in light of the inadequate residential accommodation for the mentally handicapped in Kent, she will give immediate approval for the building of a new residential home for the mentally handicapped on a site which has already been acquired, in Folkestone, for this purpose.
§ Dr. OwenKent County Council have asked for loan sanction for this scheme during the financial year 1975–76, and due consideration will be given to its request.
