§ Mr. Christopher Mayhewasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what reply she has sent to the letter sent to her on 4th July by the Greenwich 424W Health District Community Health Council;
(2) why she has decided to approve only four of the 20 capital schemes submitted by the Greenwich Borough Council for the years 1974–75 and 1975–76.
