§ Mr. Gregor MackenzieNo selective assistance under Part H of the Industry Act has been provided or offered to the West Highland Free Press or any other newspaper operation to date. Regional development grants under Part I of the Industry Act are payable in the normal way on certain approved capital expenditure in premises in assisted areas used wholly or mainly for printing and publishing.
